Your record. Your say.
If your gym has put you on FairFightz, here's what that means for you, who can see what, and how to change it.
Your gym lists you, with your say-so
You don't need an account. Your gym adds you, and only after you've agreed to be listed. Your coach keeps your weight and details up to date.
A record you can trust
Your fights come from fights booked on FairFightz, fight posters and the results both gyms report. Your coach ticks every bout before it goes on. A result is confirmed when both gyms give the same answer.
Fair opponents
Before anyone agrees a fight, both coaches see real experience across every sport, weight gaps and recent stoppages. It's there so you get a fair fight.
Your fight passport
A private link to your confirmed record that your gym can share with you, so you can show a promoter or another coach.
Kept to the gyms.
What's shown
- Your name, nickname, age, weight, class and stance, to member gyms
- Your fight record, with each result marked confirmed or not yet confirmed
- Outside the platform: only your fight passport, and only confirmed results
What we never keep
- Your own phone number or email address
- Any medical information. For licences and medicals, only the expiry date
- Juniors on gym rosters. Juniors only appear on interclub entries, with a guardian's agreement
Correct it or take it down.
Ask your coach first: they can fix most things straight away. Or ask us directly to correct your details, or to remove you from FairFightz altogether.
