Rules for messages

Messages on FairFightz are for arranging fights, interclubs and sparring between gyms. Keep them that way.

Don't

• Abuse, threaten, harass or insult anyone, including fighters from other gyms.
• Share a fighter's or anyone else's personal details (address, phone number, medical details) in a message.
• Send spam, adverts, or links to anything harmful.
• Pressure a gym to put a fighter in a bout their coach thinks is unsafe.

If something's wrong

• Report a message: FairFightz looks at it, usually within a day or two, and can remove it and suspend the sender.
• Block a gym: they can't message you, offer you fights or see your opponent requests. They aren't told.

Privacy

Only the gyms in a conversation can read it. FairFightz staff read a conversation only when someone reports it, and every read is logged. Messages are deleted 12 months after the last one.
